1. For security reasons, the product(s) will only be delivered to the person who placed the order. You will have to provide proof of identity at the time of delivery.
2. For security reasons, the delivery personnel will snap a picture of the product delivered to you as proof of delivery completion.
3. Delivery will be charged at $20.00 if the value less than $100  , non-negotiable and non- refundable. Some products will be available with free delivery.
4. Customers should check the item(s) upon delivery. No exchanges will be entertained for any damaged item(s) after the delivery is complete.
5. Item(s) cannot be delivered to any foreign worker dormitories or community care or isolation facilities.
6. Item(s) cannot be delivered to customers who are currently serving Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or returning Singaporeans/Singapore residents from overseas who are placed in isolation due to COVID- 19 outbreak.
7. The Onus is on the customer to not place any orders if they are currently isolated or placed on SHN.

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders from Abiraame Jewellery with at least 100 SGD of products including taxes. For orders with less than 100 SGD of products including taxes, a flat 20 SGD shipping fee will be applied to the order. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our stock room. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

The website displays the product availability for sale through its website www.apjsingapore.com. However, sometimes there may be a situation where the particular product is either sold or not available. In such a case Abiraame Popular Jewellers will arrange it either from a third party or designed in their factory and will inform either through email or through phone. However, in certain situation that particular product can not be arranged. customer will be informed accordingly. For diamonds and other precious stones, irrespective of the displayed information the sales happen only based on availability. In such a case, prices may vary.

Care has been taken while photographing the jewels to provide the users with better viewing experience and make it appear as accurate as possible. High resolution pictures of the Jewels are captured to give the users the feel of design, the way it is crafted, the expertise and the workmanship, the color and the size in detail. However, there can be difference in the photograph with the actuals and the cause can be due to lighting, camera and sensor quality, photo effects, reflection of stones or the background etc. User may be aware of these issues while placing the order with us. And shall not hold Abiraame Popular Jewellers as accountable at a later stage.
